Well – September has proven to be another extremely busy month for the team here at SVCHQ as our clients continue to call on us for support across a wide range of events this month…
The start of the month saw us working with our friends at XPO Logistics to deliver a range of items in support of their recent Driver of the Year contest – an event we have done some work to support in the past. This year we delivered a range of items for the time including branded high-vis vests, pull up banners and even these rather lovely looking branded clipboards!
From there, the middle of the month saw us continuing our social media duties in support of this years Nene Valley Festival which took place across 2 action packed weeks. In addition to social media duties, this year we also expanded the podcast project to deliver daily highlights blogs and podcast previews of the days events to raise the profile of the festival even further.
Podcasting on a daily basis certainly provided to be an interesting challenge and we want to send a big shout out to the team at Castos who provide our podcast hosting services, everything worked liked a dream through what was a very challenging production and delivery schedule.
The end of the mont saw us busily delivering events for the team at SpaceVac International who completed huge exhibitions in Birmingham and Berlin – where we were also involved in the filming of the team setting a brand new world record as well. A very exciting few days for the team.
Both events saw us working across a whole range of areas from designing and building the stands themselves, to organising PR, social media, managing the whole ramp-up and set up process, and even the creation of a number of pieces of print, merchandise and uniforms for the events.
